Terms and Conditions for QuailFarm


Welcome to QuailFarm! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of QuailFarm's website and services.   • QuailFarm offers products and services including live quail, quail eggs, quail meat, and related accessories.
  • All products are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
  • We accept payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by QuailFarm, and we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • QuailFarm ships live birds, eggs, and products to selected locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.
  • Live quail are shipped with the utmost care to ensure their safety. However, we cannot guarantee live delivery in extreme weather conditions.
  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability and shipping destination. We will provide estimated delivery dates but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


4. Live Animal Guarantee

  • We guarantee live arrival for quail orders if proper delivery instructions are followed. In the unlikely event that live quail do not arrive in healthy condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements for deceased quail may be offered at our discretion, pending a review of the circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of live animals and quail products, returns on live quail, quail eggs, and quail meat are not accepted.
  • Refunds for non-perishable items such as quail farming accessories may be issued if the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be made by contacting us via email with proof of purchase.

6. Product Information and Liability

  • QuailFarm strives to ensure that all product information, including descriptions and pricing, is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product details are error-free.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that result from the use of our products or services. Customers are responsible for understanding how to care for live quail and quail products before purchasing.

  • QuailFarm does not guarantee that quail, quail eggs, or quail meat will be free from all potential pathogens. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle, store, and cook products properly to reduce the risk of foodborne illness.
  • We recommend consulting local agricultural or health authorities for guidelines on raising quail and handling live birds.

8. Breeding and Sales Restrictions

  • Our live quail are sold for personal use or small-scale farming. Customers must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding the sale, breeding, or release of quail.
  • QuailFarm is not responsible for legal issues that arise from improper use of quail or quail-related products.

Return and Refund Policy

 

No Refund Policy for QuailFarm

At QuailFarm, we are committed to providing the best products and services for our customers. Due to the nature of our products, including live quail, eggs, and other quail-related items, we have implemented a strict No Refund Policy. By purchasing from QuailFarm, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds on Live Animals

  • Live Quail: All sales of live quail are final. We ensure that all birds are healthy and well-cared for prior to shipping. However, due to the inherent risks involved in shipping live animals, we cannot offer refunds for quail after delivery.

2. No Refunds on Perishable Products

  • Quail Eggs: Due to the perishable nature of eggs, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on quail eggs, whether for hatching or consumption purposes.
  • Quail Meat: All sales of quail meat are final, and no refunds will be issued. It is the buyer’s responsibility to handle and store meat products in accordance with food safety standards upon receipt.

3. Exceptions

  • While we do not offer refunds, if you receive a damaged or incorrect non-perishable item (such as quail accessories), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5. Live Arrival Guarantee

  • For live quail shipments, we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. If the quail do not arrive in healthy condition, you must notify us within 24 hours with supporting evidence (such as photos). In these cases, we may offer replacements at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.
